Service Supervisor

The position is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of service requests of clients within or beyond the warranty period.

Responsibilities
  • Review the service requests and pending installation works, assess, check and analyze the process
  • Discuss any potential concerns, issues and solutions or plan of actions to all concerned
  • Ensures that all the required service / repair works in a particular project, after sales services are completed within the high standards scope of work set by the company and within the targeted period as scheduled and agreed upon
  • Provide assistance to the Installation teams on a case to case basis as the need arises
  • Performs duties and other tasks may be assigned by the General Manager or President respectively
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • At least 1 to 2 years work experience specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or the equivalent
  • Has the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and excellent project management and supervision skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be professional, proactive, and respectful to clients and co-workers
